You’ve heard of Meta’s ad library, but did you know TikTok now has one too?

TikTok’s Ad Library is a relatively new feature on the popular short video platform, but it is one way to stay ahead of your competition.

The ad library allows users to explore and analyze ads running on the platform. Whether you're a business owner, marketer, or simply curious about your competitors' strategies, the feature provides valuable insights.

To access your competitor's ads, you can search for ads by their name - allowing you to easily look up your competitors and see what kind of content they're promoting to engage their audience. The Ad Library also lets you filter ads by their active dates - a handy way to track the longevity and consistency of your competitors' campaigns. For each ad, you can view its creative details, such as the video itself, its caption, and any associated hashtags. You can also see engagement metrics like the number of likes, shares, and comments on an ad. All of these features help to provide a clear picture of which ads work best with a TikTok audience.

Armed with knowledge about what works and what doesn't, you can optimise your ad spend and allocate resources more effectively.
